Got taxi from poachers and taxi driver turned out to be a Christmas party bus. Had flashing lights, Christmas music and the gentleman was extremely nice. Pleasant service and would happily use them again. 10/10 service, went above and beyond to ensure a great ending to our night.

After missing the last train from Lytham 6th July, and not organising a pick up or booking a taxi in advance my go to was South ribble taxis.10 minutes wait and they had sorted us a car to bring us home. Recently I've travelled to Manchester Airport and used South Ribble Taxis on the outward and return journeys. Excellent service, bang on time, lovely driver, couldn't have been better. The return pickup was complicated because my flight was very delayed but they did everything to keep in touch and were still available to collect me despite the delay. Can't recommend them enough - worth every penny.

Excellent excellent excellent. Really efficient; great booking service and updates on when your taxi is arriving; very reliable and friendly. Tonight my driver was friendly and a very good driver. I had messed up - missed the taxi I’d booked with them for 11pm but upon my phoning and apologising they were very kind and understanding and sent another taxi to pick me up - for which speaks volumes for their service and approach and I am extremely grateful for. Will book South Ribble taxis every time. Thank you so much guys!

This is the second time in using South Ribble Taxis. On both occasions the driver has been on time, helpful with the suitcases, friendly and very informative regarding the return pick up location. We had the No1 driver, definitely can recommend not only the driver but the company too. The booking process was always done over the phone which was easy and then you receive text messages to confirm both parts of your return booking. Even letting you know what type of car to look out for which is brilliant when it’s just two ladies travelling and especially if it’s an early pick up. We travelled on 16/09 to Manchester Airport. Thanks for a good service. Hopefully will be booking again next year.

This is the first time I have used South Ribble Taxis. I was impressed from the outset with their courtesy and efficiency. I received texts confirming the booking, when the taxi was on its way and when it had arrived. The driver was bang on time and extremely friendly. The taxi was immaculate.Well pleased!

Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Made a booking for an Airport run for 6 people, with 4 different pick-ups and drop offs and the taxi was still much cheaper than anywhere else. They were on time for both pick-ups, both mini-buses were comfortable and the drivers couldn’t do enough, would definitely recommend South Ribble Taxi’s to anyone looking for Airport Runs. Will be using them every time from now on.

We moved to Penwortham two years ago and were unsure about local services including taxis. We tried South Ribble Taxis and found them a reliable and good value service. We've used the regularly since then. They never let us down and keep us updated using texts. We've used them for short trips and airport transfers and they've always been excellent. Brilliant service. Easy to book on what’s app, texted us to say when the taxi was on its way and what car to look out for. Then the driver was so patient in locating us in a field (wedding in a marquee). Taxi was well labelled (with the taxi firm name) outside as well which is always reassuring when travelling these days.

Booked a taxi on the 7th may. The young man arrived ten minutes early, in a clean tidy car. Put my suitcase in the boot and took it out again for me in preston. Very friendly. Will certainly use them again

I regularly use this taxi company for airport runs for myself and my family, and the service is consistently brilliant. They’re always on time. The cars are clean and comfortable, and I never have to worry about delays or issues as communication is great. I like getting a txt and then a call from the driver when we land it's a professional service. It’s a relief to know I can rely on them every time — highly recommended!
