Customer service is exceptional, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I pre-booked a ride from the train station. The driver was already waiting by the time I arrived. The car was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable ride. Friendly driver, punctual, reliable, and professional.

Made a booking for an Airport run for 6 people, with 4 different pick-ups and drop offs and the taxi was still much cheaper than anywhere else. They were on time for both pick-ups, both mini-buses were comfortable and the drivers couldn’t do enough, would definitely recommend South Ribble Taxi’s to anyone looking for Airport Runs.

This is the first time I have used South Ribble Taxis. I was impressed from the outset with their courtesy and efficiency. I received texts confirming the booking, when the taxi was on its way and when it had arrived. The driver was bang on time and extremely friendly. The taxi was immaculate.Well pleased!

Recently I've travelled to Manchester Airport and used South Ribble Taxis on the outward and return journeys. Excellent service, bang on time, lovely driver, couldn't have been better. Can't recommend them enough - worth every penny.
