What should I do once I land?

Once you've collected your luggage, we recommend calling our office so we can coordinate with the driver. The driver will meet you at the designated pickup point and will also have your contact number for direct communication.

What is the Meet & Greet service?

With Meet & Greet, the driver will be inside the terminal holding a name card, ready to escort you straight to your vehicle upon arrival.

Do you provide baby car seats?

While we don’t supply baby car seats, we can store your own for a fee of £5 per seat (payable at the time of booking).

⁠What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. For cancellations within 12 hours, a fee may apply depending on the circumstances.

Do you charge extra for late arrivals?

No, we don’t. We track and monitor all flights to ensure timely pickups without additional charges.

Are there any restrictions on passengers or luggage?

There are no limitations on the number of passengers or luggage.
